System composition

1. Concentration control:

The main function is to control the concentration of spray disinfectant, and it consists of a raw solution adding pump, a flow meter, a mixing device, and a control part. The flow meter provides a pulse signal to the original solution adding pump to pump the disinfectant solution to the mixing device in proportion. The mixing device mixes the disinfectant solution and water evenly and then supplies qualified disinfectant to the subsequent spray device.

2. Power part:

It is mainly used to process the air source, control and coordinate the compressed air pressure for spraying, and at the same time, it can also be used to purge the residual disinfectant in the pipeline.

3. Piping system:

Connect all components, including liquid and gas lines.

4. Spray body:

The patented rotating nozzle is set at the appropriate position. A single nozzle can achieve 360-degree all-round coverage, instantly reducing air consumption by 75%, and providing continuous and stable spray operation to the entire space.

The rotating spray nozzle adopts the new generation aerosol nozzle of Spraying System. Through two-stage atomization, the spray particles can reach 20~50um. It is specially designed for sterilization, humidification and deodorization of specific parts.
